What will you do?

As a producer at Hippo Creative Studios, you’re the maestro orchestrating live-action shoots, whether it’s film or photography. Your role is pivotal in transforming creative visions into stunning visual experiences, ensuring every detail is picture-perfect.
 
Your playground involves: 

• Leading the charge on live-action shoots, ensuring every frame is captured flawlessly and every scene is directed to perfection.
• Juggling multiple projects, ensuring each one is delivered on time, within budget, and surpasses client expectations.
• Communicating with clients like a pro, keeping them updated and ensuring their vision is realized with that unique Hippo touch.
• Briefing the production team daily on delivery objectives, and translating complex (post-) production feedback into clear, actionable tasks.
• Balancing resources and workload by scheduling, tracking, and prioritizing tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Making deals with third parties, from directors to lighting crews, to fit the project budget without compromising on quality.
• Quoting, scoping, and timing new projects to ensure they are profitable, manageable, and feasible.

With your exceptional project management skills, in-depth production knowledge, and keen eye for detail, you’ll ensure every project is a success from start to finish.

Who are you?

You’re someone who knows the ins and outs of client-facing production roles – you’ve got at least 3 years of experience working in a production agency. Your degree in Media and Entertainment Management (MEM), Creative Business, or a similar field is the foundation of your expertise.

Here's what we're looking for:

A proven track record in both production and post-production, understanding all the nitty-gritty details. A people person with excellent communication skills – you’re as cuddly as a teddy bear. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, because clarity is key. Experience with project management platforms is a plus. A true numerical nerd – your projects are as airtight as your personal cashbook. A full driver’s license, ready for trips to clients and locations. Fluency in English and native Dutch, ensuring seamless communication. Last but not least, you keep your cool under pressure and consistently deliver high-quality work.
