At Hippo Creative Studios you combine a sharp eye for image with clever AI workflows. You turn a brief into strong visuals and rapid prototypes, and you collaborate closely with our film, photography, CGI and design teams. You raise the creative bar and help the crew use AI in a smart and responsible way. You are a maker and a momentum-builder in one.

What you will do

• Translate briefs and concepts into AI generated content like stills, video and functional prototypes. You deliver with care and follow technical guidelines.
• Build efficient AI workflows that make output faster and more consistent. You structure tools, prompts and processes and share learnings with the team.
• Work hands on with tools such as ComfyUI, Midjourney, FLUX, Imagen, VEO, Qwen or similar. You switch easily in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects and Figma.
• Create test visuals, previsualisations and decks for clients and pitches. You present clearly and guard brand consistency.
• Spar with producers and creatives about where AI adds value. You flag technical opportunities and constraints in time.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and experimentation. You help colleagues grow and keep yourself up to date.

What you bring

• A strong visual eye and a portfolio that shows how you use AI to create high quality work.
• Experience with AI image and video generation plus design and editing in the listed software.
• Understanding of brand consistency, composition, light and storytelling. You lock quality and style in every delivery.
• A proactive and structured way of working. You operate independently, communicate clearly and collaborate smoothly with colleagues, clients and partners.
• Curiosity and drive to experiment and share knowledge with the team.

What we offer

• Gross salary between 2650 and 4500 euro per month on a full time basis, depending on experience.
